Where will Shepherd’s Crossing be
located? |

Shepherd’s Crossing will be located on 87 acres adjacent
to the present site of Christ’s Home Retirement Community
at Street Road and Norristown Road in Warminster. The vast acreage
allows for a peaceful country setting with walking trails, gardening
areas and a pond, yet is close to shopping, restaurants, doctor’s
offices and other services. |

What will Shepherd’s Crossing offer? |

A Continuing Care Retirement Community, Shepherd’s Crossing
will offer independent living in attached cottages as well as
on-site assisted living and nursing care. While the emphasis
will be on active independent living, cottage residents will
have priority access to other levels of care, as they may need
it. |

What will the cottages look like? |
| A. |
The cottages will offer convenient single story living with
floor plans having approximately 1700 square feet including
one-car garages (a few with two-car garages). A choice of three
floor plans will be offered, each with two bedrooms and two
baths, fully equipped kitchen, ample closet space and laundry
area. First residents may choose an enclosed sunroom option,
which adds over 140 square feet of additional living space. |

What services will be offered? |

As a resident of Shepherd’s Crossing you will enjoy
virtually maintenance-free living with all lawn care, trash
pick-up, snow and leaf removal taken care of for you. Exterior
maintenance of your cottage home means you’ll never have
to pick up a paintbrush or climb a ladder again! Water and sewer
along with property taxes are also included as part of your
monthly fee. |

Is there an entrance fee? |

Residents will pay a one-time entrance fee plus monthly fee
for services. Up to 90% of the entrance fee is refundable based
on the entrance fee plan you select. |

What health care services will be available? |
| A. |
Residents of Shepherd’s Crossing will have access to
on-site assisted living and nursing care on a fee-for-service
basis. Cottage residents will also have a wellness nurse to
consult for minor illnesses and routine health monitoring as
well as nutrition education, diet and exercise consultation
and other wellness-related topics. For a nominal fee, emergency
meal preparation and scheduled transportation will also be provided
as needed. |

Who sponsors Shepherd’s Crossing? |

Shepherd’s Crossing is a community of Christ’s
Home, a not-for-profit, non-denominational organization that
has provided care and housing to seniors since 1923. Christ’s
Home is governed by a volunteer board of trustees and is licensed
by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Continuing Care Retirement
Community. |

How many cottages will be built? |
| A. |
Shepherd’s Crossing will be built in several phases
over the next several years. Phase I will include 70 cottages
and the Clubhouse. Phase II will likely include additional cottages
and replacement of the main healthcare building. |

When will Shepherd’s Crossing be available for
occupancy? |
| A. |
Plans are to release only 18 cottages at a time for construction.
It is anticipated that the first cottages will be ready for
occupancy by Summer 2008. |

How can I reserve a cottage at Shepherd’s Crossing? |
| A. |
A $1,000 Priority Reservation deposit will place you on a
priority list to select the floor plan and home site you desire.
To reserve a cottage, 10% of the applicable entrance fee will
be required. An additional 20% of the entrance fee will be required
upon the start of construction on your cottage, and the balance
of your entrance fee will be required when you are notified
that the home is ready for move-in. Click
